Most orders are shipped by Australian Air Express, and generally arrive within 3 business days. When you placed your order, you received an e-mail confirmation which included a tracking number. To track your package, simply visit Australian Air Express and enter that tracking number. If your course if being shipped to a P.O. Box as opposed to a physical street address, it will be delivered via Australia Post, and may take up to 2 weeks to arrive.

8.0 How do I return or refund a product that I am not satisfied with?

Customer satisfaction is our #1 priority. If you wish to return an item due to damage or incorrect delivery, please contact us immediately by telephone at 61 07 5535 6459, or by e-mail at info@biddingbuzz.com and a Customer Relations agent will be happy to help you.

9.0 Our Return Policy?

You may return most items sold by Bidding Buzz Ltd within 30 days of delivery for a full refund if the product is defective in any way. We'll also pay the return shipping cost if the return is a result of our error.

In addition, we will not issue a refund for the purchase of our education programs outside a 5 day purchase period. The purchase of any of the programs we sell is final.
